mupex proposes management and follow-up to set up a system, a method, a counsel, recommendations following a consulting or audit mandate as well following training suggested in the training modules presented below. The follow-up aims at controlling whether the implementation of recommendations or whether the level of comprehension and assimilation of training has been an advantage or caused progress in the company. Coaching also gives a certain guarantee to the people who have been integrated in a new process or have lately been trained. It means that they can rely on a "consultant". This will save invaluable time when organisational "innovations" are implemented.

Training modules

mupex offers a certain number of training modules. This training is either given on an individual basis, or in groups of 4 to 16 people according to the topics and to of the targets. This training is given on the premises of the customer or in the form of 4-hour modules (per half-day or evening).

  1. How to manage a team of sales managers under the strategic principles of «strategic sales»?
    This training is based on 4 half-day modules and is meant primarily for sales managers but also for the members of a commercial team.
  2. How to set up a launching process concerning a call for tenders?
    This training is based on 4 half-day modules and is primarily meant for the members of a project team or purchase managers appointed to launch calls for tenders regularly on the market.
  3. How to meet a call for tenders?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is meant primarily for the members of a commercial team, of a service provider appointed to meet calls for tenders on the market regularly.
  4. How to increase personal organisation and optimize working time?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is meant for any person wishing to increase his/her personal effectiveness thanks to the management of time and its organization.
  5. How to set up a structure of situational management in my company?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is primarily meant for the members of a management team wishing to set up a process of development regarding clarity, motivation, delegation and joint responsibility in a team.
  6. How to set up a strategic plan (or Business Plan) in my (future) company?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is meant primarily for the managers(directors, entrepreneurs, executives), as well as the members of the regional management of the company who wish to set up a strategic plan in the company, to set up indicators and to be able to follow up. In short, they wish to have all the chances of success.
  7. How to set up an effective control policy for my company to reach excellence?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is primarily meant for the managers (directors, entrepreneurs, executives), as well as the members of the regional management of the company who wish to set up systems of controls and measurements which will make it possible to control the company using an instrument panel directed towards the future to reach excellence.  
  8. How to set up a safety policy in my company?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is primarily meant for CSOs or technical staff as well as the members of the company management wishing to set up a safety policy in the company and to be able to have all the chances of success. 
  9. 9. How to set up a corporate communication policy?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is primarily meant for HR, PR people or communication managers as well as for members of the company management wishing to set up a policy of corporate communication, either in-house or external. They also wish to have all the chances of success
  10. How to present and defend a project?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is meant primarily for people who regularly have to present projects and to defend them, either in-house, or in front of the customers or prospective customers of the company. They also want to have all the chances of success.
  11. How to prepare a training plan to set up a new system or a new organization in the company?
    This training is based on 2 half-day modules and is primarily meant for the people who regularly have to organize training schemes, either for executives, or for users. They also want to have all the chances of success and acceptation of the new system or the new organisation.
  12. How to prepare a concept of corporate communication, manage communication in a period of crisis as well as the analysis of the risks related to communication?
    This training is based on 4 half-day modules and is primarily meant for people who regularly have to manage problems of communication, to answer questions from the media, to organise internal and external communication policies. They also wish to have all the chances of success in these operations.
